Free From Festival

Free From Festival, the UK’s 1st gluten / dairy / refined sugar free focused Food Festival is returning on the late May Bank Holiday this year, popping up at the infamous Old Truman Brewery in The Boiler House venue in Brick Lane on the 27th of May.

Running from 11am all the way through until 6pm, the festival promises to be another jam-packed day of talks, tips and delicious food for those interested in a ‘free from’ diet. The event is a great chance to stock up on tasty snacks and gifts for loved ones with intolerances, and gives you the opportunity to try before you buy, with plenty of traders offering samples of their delicious products. Expect and indulge in refined sugar-free chocolate tasting, gluten-free desserts & savory snacks. Gluten-free beer, organic wine, and refined sugar-free beverages will also be available for purchase at the venues bar. Entry tickets also include a complimentary soft or alcoholic welcome drink at the door to start you off on your journey.

Free From Festival also gives you the chance to feed your brain, with talks by talented nutritionists & industry professionals to learn some great tips on how to cook healthy tasty food without using gluten, refined sugar etc.

Live music will be played by up and coming artist ILONA.
