A new cocktail menu will be exclusively available at the rooftop bar at citizenM Tower of London
As the world gears up to celebrate World Gin Day on Saturday 8th June, hotel and lifestyle brand citizenM has teamed up with legendary gin purveyors Bombay Sapphire to curate a new menu of exclusive cocktails available at cloudM at citizenM Tower of London, perfect for a gin-filled celebration.
citizenM will unveil an exclusive lineup of artisanal cocktails crafted for the summer season with highlights including: The Shard, a minty, floral cocktail with a lashing of gin, made from Bombay Sapphire Gin, blackcurrant and hibiscus, peppermint tea, cucumber, lemonade and lemon juice; London Rose, boasting flavours from a British garden, featuring Bombay Sapphire Gin, raspberry, rose tea, Ms Betters foaming bitters and lemon juice; and Matcha-tini, created with Bombay Sapphire Gin, QuiQuiRiQui Mezcal, Triple Sec, orange juice and a basil and matcha infusion, forming a fresh fruity and fabulous taste. The cocktails can be enjoyed as part of citizenM’s twist on the classic afternoon tea with the exclusive Gin and Tea Time menu at cloudM with cocktails inspired by iconic London views.
Hidden away at the top of the citizenM Tower of London hotel, cloudM is one of London’s best-kept secrets, where the cocktails are as good as the sensational Tower of London view. Perched right above Tower Hill tube station, the double height, wraparound rooftop terrace provides panoramic views of the London skyline including The Shard and Trinity Square, offering a breath-taking backdrop to enjoy a drink overlooking the Thames.
In addition to the brand new menu of Bombay Sapphire cocktails, cloudM boasts a range of wines, beers, ciders and spirits, as well as a selection of the finest English cheeses, charcuterie meats and locally baked bread.
