Alongside this special omakase, Junsei is also unveiling new Autumn-Winter dishes to warm the season, including Ume Duck with its rich, tangy plum flavour,Duck Donabe for comforting clay-pot goodness, Lobster Toast for a luxurious seafood twist, and Wagyu Tamago, pairing delicate egg with melt-in-the-mouth wagyu.

The menu itself offers most parts of the chicken by skewer, alongside grilled vegetables, sides and donburi bowls for a larger dish.
