Colette to open in January

Set to dish up a sophisticated treat, Colette – a gourmet traiteur and delicatessen will be opening in the heart of Chelsea on 20th January 2020. A menu overseen by Chris Hill, Head Chef who has honed his culinary skills in Michelin starred restaurants including Whatley Manor, Malmesbury and The Mandarin Oriental.

Every dish from the menu is made to order, served on beautifully presented crockery and ethically sourced packaging, without making any compromises on taste or quality.

The European style menu brings you dishes made from fresh seasonal ingredients. All courses are covered with menu highlights including: hearty fish pie; tender veal blanquette and chestnut gnocchi with glazed button onions; rich truffle tortellini with celeriac and creamy twice baked cheese soufflé served with poached apricots and walnuts. Those with a sweet tooth will delight in the indulgent caramelised apple tart and Paris Breast on offer.

Lighter lunchtime options include seared tuna, pickled turnip and edamame; confit duck, quinoa and shaved vegetables; smoked chicken, coriander, mango and cashew and Israeli couscous with feta, sumac and pomegranate.

Delicious weekend specials will include Celeriac and mushroom Wellington (v); Roast Black Leg chicken and grilled lobster with a fragrant Thai dressing, giving you more reasons to look forward to a lazy weekend.
