Landing in stores on Wednesday 13 May, the line‑up introduces a smooth, cloud‑like topping that adds texture and visual impact—bringing a fresh layer of customisation to every cup.

As the first UK coffee chain to launch a vegan cold foam, this marks a major moment for both Black Sheep Coffee and the wider category. More than a seasonal drop, Cold Foam is set to become a core menu feature, shaping how customers enjoy coffee, matcha and more.

Cold Foam delivers a light, creamy finish with soft vanilla notes. Designed to sit neatly on top of iced drinks without melting, it enhances everything from bold espresso to matcha-led serves, adding depth, balance and a smooth, indulgent finish.
