CORKK, English wine retailer, and Fenwick Canterbury’s Pop up experience
English Wine Week is fast upon us (June 19th-27th), just in time for Father’s day. What better way to celebrate the father figure in your life than with a day trip and tipple to Canterbury. Wine lovers can enjoy an in-store pop-up experience by Kent wine company CORKK, the specialist English wine retailer, and Fenwick Canterbury.
With a focus on showcasing the best of local and national vineyards, the Fenwick Canterbury store will host a pop-up bar, a retail shop with over 50 English wines, an English sparkling wine bar, and wine tasting evenings. Whether you are a wine connoisseur or just enjoy the occasional tipple, the week long event is an opportunity to experience and learn more about the range and diversity of wines now being produced in England and Wales from CORKK’s Master of Wine, Clive Barlow.
For the perfect wine gift, head over to the retail shop between 9am and 5.30pm throughout the week for an impressive selection of English wines sourced from Kent and English vineyards. Visit the Pop-up Bar and Sparking Wine Bar between 11am and 5.30pm (well it’s ‘wine O’clock’ somewhere), for a glass of the finest English sparkling wine. No booking required.
For wine lovers, book your space at the English Wine Tasting Evening where you will have the opportunity to swirl, smell, sip and savour the best of English wines. Taking place from 6.30pm – 8pm. You can book your ticket via this link.
Customers can take what they’ve learnt and try their own wine tasting and pairing sessions at home, with the purchase of flights of three wines in sample-sized glasses.
