DOUBLE DUTCH & DIABLESSE RUM HOST INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY EVENT AT LAKI KANE WITH FREE DRINKS AND UNIQUE COCKTAILS.
To celebrate International Women’s Day (Wednesday 8th March), award-winning female-founded tonic and mixer brand, Double Dutch, is teaming up with Diablesse Rum at Laki Kane, London to champion trailblazing women with free drinks and unique cocktails.
The event will take place on Wednesday 8th March from 5pm at Laki Kane, Upper St, London, which was recently named one of the Top 50 cocktail bars in the UK. Guests will be able to enjoy a uniquely curated cocktail menu for £10 as well as a 2-course set menu available at £18 alongside the A La Carte.
Upon entry, all guests will receive a complimentary ‘Flowers of the Universe’ cocktail with Diablesse Coconut & Hibiscus Rum, coconut water, pomegranate, lychee, lime and Double Dutch Pomegranate & Basil.
As well as a complimentary drink on entry, there will be limited edition cocktails specifically created for International Women’s Day. The cocktail menu includes Passioned and Loving made with Diablesse Spiced Rum, Elderflower liquor, Passion Fruit syrup, lemon and Double Dutch Cucumber & Watermelon, This Girl is on Fire featuring Diablesse Gold Rum, Diablesse Spiced Rum, Diablesse Coconut & Hibiscus Rum, kiwi, lime, pineapple and Double Dutch Pink Grapefruit Soda, and the Strong and Independent which includes Diablesse Coconut & Hibiscus Rum, Cointreau, pomegranate, syrup, citrus and Double Dutch Cranberry & Ginger.
Raissa and Joyce de Haas, female co-founders of premium mixer brand Double Dutch, have joined forces with Cleo Farman, founder of Diablesse Rum, to raise a toast to females leading the way in the hospitality industry and celebrate with women supporting women. The event is part of Double Dutch’s campaign to support women in the food & drink industry, with the aim to elevate and educate women in hospitality all year round.
