Created and designed by the hotels talented inhouse team and world-renowned pastry chef Jessica Prealpato, The Carlton Tower’s Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea, from £75 per person, is not one to be missed. Featuring a tantalising mix of mini croissants filled with duck egg & black truffle, home- cured salmon sandwiches with roasted pine nut cream cheese and pink peppercorns, whipped goat cheese mousse with Guinness crumble, pickled beetroot and wood sorrel & radicchio leaves. Not to mention an array of world class Champagnes and tea infusions to freshen the palette.

For those with a sweet tooth, guests can enjoy and trio of scones from dried grape, chocolate and classic, served with orange, grapefruit, apple, and vanilla clotted creams, along with a lemon merengue tart with ginger, jams, and conserves.

Located on the hotels 2nd floor, The Peak Fitness Club and Spa boasts a selection of treatments and therapies designed to relax, awaken and brighten. From revitalising massages, starting from £45 per person, and sleep rituals to deep cleansing facial and herbal remedies, each one more enjoyable than the last. If fitness is more your cup of tea, the stunning swimming pool is London’s largest in a hotel with natural daylight and its bright interior is complemented by views through its double height glass ceiling, lined with poolside cabanas for relaxation.
