Enjoy an espresso martini on Tito’s to celebrate National Martini Day!

To mark National Martini Day on 19 June, Tito’s are shaking things up across the capital by inviting Londoners to raise a glass to one of the world’s most iconic cocktails with 142 complimentary Espresso Martinis available in Simmons Piccadilly and Martini offers across the city*.

From Soho to Kensington and Piccadilly, cocktail lovers will have the opportunity to enjoy the iconic serve as Tito’s celebrates the 142 years of the martinis’ rich history and enduring appeal.

The main celebration will take place at Simmons Piccadilly, where 142* Tito’s Espresso Martinis will be served on the house during Happy Hour.*

The Vault in Soho and The Piano Bar in Kensington, will also be taking part with special offers across their Tito’s martinis menus – both are also encouraging guests’ four legged friends to join them at the bar for some extra treats, true to Tito’s ‘Vodka For Dog People’ nature.

While the exact origins of the Martini remain the subject of spirited debate, one of its earliest known predecessors, the “Martinez”, first appeared in print in 1884 in O.H. Byron’s The Modern Bartender. Now, 142 years later, the Martini continues to be one of the most celebrated cocktails in the world, inspiring countless variations while remaining a staple of bar culture.

Christian Ozzati, International Marketing Director said: “The Martini has stood the test of time for good reason. Whether enjoyed stirred, shaken, dirty, wet, dry or as an Espresso Martini, it remains one of the most recognisable and beloved cocktails in the world. National Martini Day is the perfect opportunity to celebrate its legacy and invite consumers to experience a great Martini made with Tito’s Handmade Vodka.”

Crafted in Austin, Texas, Tito’s Handmade Vodka has become a favourite among bartenders and cocktail enthusiasts worldwide thanks to its smooth character and versatility in cocktails. Whether served in a timeless Martini or the modern Espresso Martini, Tito’s remains a go-to choice for celebrating cocktail culture’s most enduring classics.
