Wendy Spinks, Commercial Director of HS1 Ltd (owner of St Pancras International), said: “Whether it’s grabbing breakfast on the run, a taste of something different to liven up lunch, or celebrating a special occasion, St Pancras caters for all. Our Great British Train Fare season extends this offering even further by demonstrating just how much the British food industry can thrive with the help of these kind of initiatives.”

Robert Tame, Managing Director of Prime Burger, said: “Prime Burger’s debut menu is the product of years of hard work and experience in the industry. We are militant about ensuring all our beef comes from British farms and is hand reared, grass fed and fully traceable. We’re particularly proud of our new Truffle Burger, created with tangy red onions and creamy aioli and served up in under 8 minutes. Londoners are a busy bunch, but they shouldn’t have to compromise on quality for speed of service.”
