GRANA PADANO PDO CHEESE x PROSECCO DOC JOIN FORCES AT TASTE OF LONDON 2023
The two heritage Italian brands and consortiums of Grana Padano PDO cheese and Prosecco DOC will be featuring at Taste of London Festival this June (14th-18th). The Italian duo will be offering masterclasses, demonstrations, live music and much much more across the ultimate foodie weekend.
Both brands have previously taken the foodie festival by storm and this year will be pulling out all the stops to deliver good times for guests. Not only will there be the chance to sample delicious Prosecco, partnered with the delectableness of Grana Padano cheese, but festival goers will be able to watch cooking demonstrations with Italian Chef Danilo Cortellini who will be whipping up mouth-watering delights such as Culurgiones (sardinian potato ravioli) with Grana Padano PDO and truffle, as well as Gnocchetti with broad beans, courgettes, courgetti flowers, Grana Padano PDO and lemon with Sbagliato cocktail. There will also be Prosecco masterclasses with wine expert Neil Phillips, and cocktails on sale throughout the day.
On Thursday 15th June, Presenter and Master Chef Critic Leyla Kazim will be joining chef Danilo and wow-ing guests whilst making a Risotto with Prosecco DOC, red pepper, Grana Padano PDO and basil – tasty!! Whilst Alessandro Palazzi aka The Bartender will be creating special moments with Danilo and Neil on Saturday 17th June across multiple sessions. The final VIP guest to join the team will be Angelo Coassin, who has 1m followers over on @cookingwithbello – don’t miss him cooking up a storm on Saturday and Sunday at Taste of London.
If that wasn’t enough to whet your appetite, Grana Padano PDO Cheese and Prosecco DOC will be the ultimate party hosts over the weekend with live music from the Piano Animal Michael Moore who will be getting the good times started from 7pm on Friday. With the tunes continuing on Saturday with a live DJ set and a show stopping dance contest taking place too!
Excitingly, Pinot Grigio Delle Venezie wil also be appearing at Taste of London and will be exclusivly offering complimentary samples to guests throughout the day as well as hosting private tastings. The team will have a huge number of different Pinot Grigio’s for guests to sample! Wine fans can enjoy the wondeful colours of life whilst sitting in the sunshine watching the world go by – with a tipple…or two!
