L’Escargot has just launched an exciting French gin pop-up bar in partnership with G’Vine Gin de France, the world’s first gin handcrafted from an exceptional grape spirit and the rare vine flower. The winter pop-up will serve warming cocktails and L’Escargot signature gourmet snacks in the newly renovated library, offering guests a chance to savour a cocktail and discover one of London’s oldest French establishments and hidden gems.
Created by G’Vine ambassador, Jamie Campbell, the new pop up cocktail menu reflects L’Escargot and G’Vine’s mutual ethos to refuse the status-quo and strive to add their own avant-garde twist to everything they create. From French classics such as the French 75, to gin twists on favourites including Mulled Cider and a sultry sloe gin Negroni, this cocktail list is sure to provide guests with a new, out-of-the-ordinary drinking experience.
G’Vine Pop-Up menu includes:
Smoked Mulled Cider – Cider Breton, G’Vine Floraison, Autumn Spices, Smoked Toffee Apple
Slow-Groni – Sloe gin, G’Vine Floraison, La Quintinye Vermouth Royal Rouge, Orange Bitters
French 75 – G’Vine Nouaison, Lemon Juice, Sugar Syrup, Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée
Martini de Vendange – G’Vine Nouaison, fig liqueur, red wine, vinegar, garnished with silver skin onion & comté cheese
Located in the buzzing heart of Soho London, L’Escargot is an iconic establishment and the perfect spot to enjoy some of the city’s most innovative gin cocktails in historical surroundings, whether taking a break from shopping or meeting with friends for pre/post-theatre drinks.
The G’Vine Pop-Up bar will run from 1st December – 31st January at L’Escargot and is free for the public to attend.
