The rum is expertly distilled in the UK to diminish international transport but the distiller, Sylvester Herman, is from St Lucia, maintaining its authenticity. All rum is produced within bespoke stills using a 300-year-old St Lucian family recipe and process that brings out deep and immense flavours.
