Island Poké New Spring Bowl

Poké bowls may conjure up images of the tropical summer paradise of Hawaiian beaches, but the UK’s leading poké brand: Island Poké, has gone full on spring with its latest limited edition offering. 

The Pacific-inspired dish has ramped up the pre-summer vibe with only the freshest salmon, pink sushi rice, edamame, pea shoots, pickled ginger, rhubarb slaw and wild garlic aioli. Being committed to local supply chains, the dish also includes fresh produce from Growing Underground in Clapham and Margate florists Mahal Kita will also be installing a giant floral replica of the Spring Bowl in the Shoreditch store.

We loved the freshness and colour of the Spring bowl, and particularly the garlic aioli which really gives the otherwise light bowl a punch of flavour.
