GINGERBREAD COLLINS
INGREDIENTS
● 1 1⁄2 shots of Vodka
● 1 1⁄2 shots of Pedro Ximénez Sherry
● Cawston Press Ginger Beer
● 2 Lemons

● 2 large pinches of ground ginger
● 1 large pinch of ground mixed spice
● 1 large pinch of ground cinnamon
● Root ginger slices
● Ice
HOW TO MAKE IT
Shake 11⁄2 shots each of vodka and Pedro Ximénez sherry, the juice of 1⁄2 lemon and 2 large pinches of ground ginger and a pinch each of ground cinnamon and ground mixed spice in an ice-filled shaker and then strain into an ice filled collins glass. Top with Cawston Press Ginger Beer and garnish with slices of lemons and root ginger.

SLOE MOTION
INGREDIENTS
● Cawston Press Sparkling Elderflower Lemonade
● 20ml Sloe Gin
● Lemon to Garnish
HOW TO MAKE IT
In a champagne flute, pour the 20ml shot of sloe gin (bit less than a standard shot) and top with chilled Cawston Press Sparkling Elderflower Lemonade. Garnish with a twist of lemon zest.

BLOODY MARY
INGREDIENTS
● 2 shots vodka
● 3 shots Cawston Press Tomato Juice
● 2 tsp lemon juice
● 8 drops Tabasco
● 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
● 2 tsp dry sherry
● 2 pinches celery salt
● 2 grinds black pepper
HOW TO MAKE IT
Take a collins glass, add all the ingredients and give it a good stir. Add ice to fill the glass and serve. Garnish with a celery stick.

TIP: A Bloody Mary should be thick and not diluted too much by ice. Hence you want to premix the ingredients in the glass and then add the ice to the glass directly from the freezer. This avoids having to stir the drink with the ice, which will dilute the drink.
