Karma Sanctum Yoga, London’s newest monthly yoga brunch club, will launch on Sun 30 April at The Sanctum Soho Hotel. Enjoy one hour vinyasa flow with top yogi Katie Silver, followed by a revitalising al fresco brunch on the hotel’s beautiful heated roof terrace, plus a free goodie bag with incredible products worth over £50. Karma Sanctum Yoga is the brand new monthly yoga brunch club with Katie Silver. Katie will guide guests through her ‘Sweat. Tone. Flex’ class, to balance flexibility and strength by combining classic vinyasa yoga poses with bodyweight fitness exercises. The yoga will take place in the hotel’s Cinema Room, which will be transformed into a peaceful yoga inner sanctum. Mats are ready set up and provided by Lululemon. Yogis will also find a refreshing bottle of Jax Coco placed on each mat to enjoy during exercise, which British Vogue called “the chicest coconut water on the market”.
Once the yoga is complete, guests can enjoy a revitalising al fresco brunch created by award-winning executive chef James Cathcart exclusively for the yoga brunch club. A selection of freshly made smoothies, juices and healthy foods will be on offer and served on the hotel’s beautiful heated roof terrace. The earthy tones and tranquil setting of the terrace will create the perfect haven to wind down and relax the mind and body. There’s even a heated jacuzzi for those who want to take a dip.
Each person will receive an exclusive Karma Sanctum Yoga tote bag made from natural material, which features a selection of luxurious, top quality products from brands like Skin and Tonic, Yogandha Body Oil, Gallinee Hand Cream, Potion London, Orelia and Hype Clothing. Goodie bag contents will remain a surprise each month and are worth over £50.
