La Mia Mamma Introduces New Region.

Following the success of Sicily, the restaurant’s debut focus, La mia Mamma is launching Emilia-Romagna as the new region with a brand-new menu at the Chelsea restaurant from an Emilia-Romagna Mamma! La mia Mamma is a unique concept that offers authentic regional Italian cuisine whilst importing an Italian Mamma from a different region every season.

Emilia Romagna is famed for favourites such as Parmigiano Reggiano, Prosciutto di Parma, Aceto Balsamico di Modena, which is well loved worldwide. Not only will these ingredients be prevalent in the mammas menu, but guests will be able to try real Lasagne and all-time favourite: Ragù Bolognese!
