The gourmet Danish confectionery brand is challenging Londoners to rethink their
perception of liquorice with a festive dessert, exclusively available Harvey Nichols
November 2024: Danish confectionery brand LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW has partnered
with luxury British department store Harvey Nichols to launch a limited edition gourmet liquorice dessert at its iconic Fifth Floor Café in Knightsbridge.

Available from the new All Day Dining Winter Menu, the LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW Dark Chocolate
Liquorice Tart fuses Danish craftsmanship with Harvey Nichols’ pastry expertise and
promises to convert any liquorice sceptics into lovers. If you’re looking for some
delicious respite during your Christmas shopping trip, visit the Fifth Floor Café this
festive season to taste the dessert for yourself, available from 4th November.

LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW is on a mission to make the world love liquorice, and this year it has teamed up with Harvey Nichols to turn London into a city of liquorice lovers. Created by the Head Pastry Chef at Harvey Nichols the limited edition dessert
incorporates raw liquorice into a crisp cocoa pastry, filled with a creamy chocolate mixture infused with a red liquorice purée made using LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW’s 3 – RED. The tart is topped by a sharp cranberry sauce covered in ganache to balance
the sweetness and garnished with cranberry and curd and LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW’s new DOUBLE CHOCOLATE liquorice from its seasonal WINTER collection.

To celebrate the partnership, diners who order the LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW Dark Chocolate Liquorice Tart this winter will also receive a complimentary small jar of LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW’s CLASSIC CARAMEL flavour from the WINTER collection, which
combines sweet liquorice with dulce chocolate and crispy flakes of sea salt.
