London June Restaurant & Bar Openings

What new culinary delights has London got in store for us this June?

Cocobananas

Coco Bananas 1

The Inception Group, the brains behind the likes of Barts, Maggies, Bunga Bunga and Mr. Foggs are opening another awesome tongue-in-cheek themed bar.

Reminiscent of a Latin American beach party Cocobananas will be bringing the passion and spirit of Brazil to Battersea. Opening its doors in June when Brazil mania hits Britain’s shores as the World Cup kicks off, the venues sense of fun and festa will come from nightly live sets, cachaça in cocktails and Brazilian street food. Served by surf short-ed and sarong-ed staff, you just have to sit back, relax and soak up the exotic vibes.

Stax Diner

staxThe buzzing Carnaby is playing host to a brand new American restaurant, Stax. Brainchild of Bea Vo, Stax will offer home ground beef burgers, crispy fried chicken, sundaes, brownies and frozen custard. Aside from the food these guys will welcome you with open arms in homely environment. Think a long road trip, getting out to stretch your legs and grabbing a juicy burger from the local diner.

We love them already as they asked the all important question. Triple cooked chips, skins on or off?

Dilemma.

Stax opens on June 14th.
