Ever thought… Oh damn I’ve got friends coming over on Friday and haven’t planned anything to cook? I can’t order a take out because they’ll know I didn’t cook it – we’ll More More More have you covered. Prepared fancy dishes that you can claim you’ve prepared yourself! They’ve actually got you so sorted, you can put together a three course meal with no one being the wiser.

To start with we went with the king prawn skewers with Moroccan tomato jam priced at £4.50 per person, 4 portions, £18.00) was probably the least favourite of our three dishes. It was extremely tasty but the serving portion was small and overall the prawns were a little bland. The Moroccan tomato jam, though was on point.

The Beef wellington (£13.75 per person, 4 portions, £55.00) with red wine jus (£2.38 per person, 4 portions, £9.50) is where More More More really outdid themselves. We did cook it a little longer than recommended as both dinner guests and myself like our meat a little more well done. (Sacrilege, I know). The meat was still incredibly tender and juicy. The whole dish was so mouthwatering, especially with the mash potatoes (that I made myself from scratch) that even though we struggled to finish it… we weren’t leaving a mouthful on the plate.

Our dessert of Sticky Toffee Pudding with Salted Caramel Sauce (£2.25 per person, 8 portions, £18.00) was delicious. Our eyes may have been bigger than our bellies as we did struggle to finish this dish. Just a tad too sweet after our mains. Hence why they recommend 8 portions rather than the three portions we had.

More, More, More made it super easy to host a dinner party after a busy day at work. In terms of price. For a dinner party of four, our meal would have cost £73.00, which works out to be £18.25 per person. Not bad for a three course meal each! More More More have an pretty impressive range of dishes, including gluten free and vegetarian dishes. So what are you waiting for, host that dinner party now.
