If you haven’t heard of OSLO in Hackney, you’re missing out.   This Scandi inspired space is a bar, restaurant, and venue. Enjoy food and drink here from morning till night, whether it’s a work breakfast, boozy lunch, celebratory dinner or a chance to wind down before a gig upstairs. They’ve just launched their Christmas set menu, and revamped their brunch, lunch and dinner menus, so you have the ultimate excuse to check it out.

Try their winter warmers such as Polse (flame-grilled Norwegian sausage), or hot smoked salmon winter salad. Or if you wanted something more substantial, they’re burgers are to die for! There’s even a good old rump of beef or half roast chicken for winter purists who want a full roast. Served from 10am til late everyday.

The Christmas set menu is perfect for celebratory groups of 10 or more and includes 3 courses for £26.95 each. Pick from a range of veggie, fish and meat starters and mains and a full selection of puds including Christmas classics and some modern twists (mulled wine cheesecake!).
