SOUTH LONDON BOOZER, PRINCE OF PECKHAM LAUNCHES THIS MONTH
Thursday 18th May

An area of London synonymous with community, Peckam plays the part of one of South London’s most vibrant communities. Previously known as the Clayton Arms, a re-vamp of the ‘proper pub’ into the Prince of Peckham will see another great social space introduced into the area. With the local community at the forefront, The Prince of Peckham will host regular events and workshops that celebrate the roots and culture of the area alongside an ongoing line-up of food, drink and music to rival any other London boozer. Street food Kings White Man Can’t Jerk have been announced as the first kitchen resident, feeding hungry guests in this 300 capacity pub, with a weekly offering inspired by their love of all things Caribbean. With a bottomless brunch on Saturday, jerk-inspired roasts on Sunday, wand Hot Mess Mondays serving up bottomless wings, you may well find yourself down the Prince 3 days in a row! Why not wash down those homemade jerk sausage rolls, curried mutton shepherds pie and jerk sausages and mash with onion gravy with a refreshing rum based cocktail or beer from the specially curated drinks menu.

Eager to champion local creatives, Prince Of Peckham will provide a space for local artists to showcase work, providing an insight into the myriad of talent in the area. Free community-based events are planned in the coming weeks and will take advantage of the space upstairs, so make sure you keep an eye on the events calendar!
