Ringana FRESH Tinted Moisture and FRESH Lip Balm Rosè.

I was recently sent some FRESH tinted moisturiser and lip balm from beauty brand RINGANA. Having not heard of the brand before, I did a bit of research before trying their products.

So who are RINGANA? Well the brand launched in 1996 and they are an Austrian pioneer in the field of natural fresh cosmetics and food supplements.

Impressively, the company has more than 600 employees and achieved a net turnover of approximately 192 million euros in 2021. So it’s pretty safe to say, they know beauty!

I love that RINGANA products are vegan and free of artificial additives and preservatives. There’s too many additives in our food and products already, so knowing that is a huge selling point for me.

First let’s talk about the FRESH lip balm rosé. It is made with dragon’s blood extract, which is both antioxidant and anti-inflammatory, Berry wax which preserves moisture and a patented complex of active ingredients (DPHP, and hyaluronic acid) which reduces the first lines, supply long-lasting moisture and plump the lips.

The colour is great and it really did plump my lips up, though I wasn’t a huge fan of the taste. My house mate absolutely loved the cinnamon flavour of the lip balm. She’s been rocking rosey pink lips since she tried it.

Myself, the top choice of these two items was the FRESH tinted moisturiser. The brand promises a hydrating effect which is achieved thanks to a special sugar complex that boosts the amount of water in the skin. A mix of cranberry seed oil, pomegranate seed oil, Inka nut oil and tucuma butter has a cell-regenerating effect, while nourishing and strengthening the skin barrier. Extracts from white horehound and olive leaf have an antioxidant effect and protect the skin against the negative impact of environmental toxins.

If you’re like me and are pale but not ghostly white, you always struggle to find a tinted moisturiser that works… then this is the one for you. It comes in two shades, I had shade one and it was the perfect match for my skin colour. It gave full coverage without feeling heavy and left my skin feeling moisturised and with a natural glow.

Cost wise, it’s £40.80 for 30mls, but when I say a little goes a long way… I’m not kidding. I used half the amount of my regular foundation and it still made me look like I had a full face of makeup on.
