Rush Crystal Palace Review
After a long busy week at work, there’s nothing more relaxing that visiting a salon and getting a blow dry. It’s definitely the pick me up I needed this week, so I couldn’t wait to visit Rush’s latest store in Crystal Palace on Saturday. For a salon that’s only been open a week, it was extremely busy but everyone seemed to be in a really good mood. The salon itself is stunning as you can see for yourself in the pictures below.
After meeting Jason I was taken to the wash room where he worked his magic washing my hair. I’m always one of those people who get terribly embarrassed if I go to a hairdressers and my hair is a mess. But… washing your hair before going to a hairdressers is kind of like cleaning your house before the cleaner gets there so I do need to get over this.
With Jason’s magic hands massaging my head, any worries instantly disappeared and I’m pre
tty sure I could have easily drifted off to sleep. Returning to the chair so my hair could get a new lease on life with a gorgeous curly blow dry, I found a cup of tea, a biscuit and two delicious lindt strawberry and cream chocolates waiting for me. Absolutely delicious! I wish I’d taken a photo of the setup, it was super cute.
Jason worked wonders on my hair and definitely gave it a new lease on life. I left Rush feeling like Queen B and it put a spring in my step for the rest of the day. It was also extremely pleasant having a chat while with Jason while he blow dried my hair. The helpful tips on how to maintain and treat my hair were also welcomed.
