RUSH – Westfield White City

Earlier this month, Rush opened their 100th salon in the very popular Westfield shopping centre in White City, I for one was very excited to see another Rush salon pop up, as I’ve been to a few different Rush salons previously and have always had a good experience.

I was invited to have my hair cut and conditioned in the first week of the salon opening. When I arrived, I received a warm welcome from the team, the salon of course looked shiny and new, with a very interesting wall of art. (which you can see in the photo above). The wall really stood out, giving the salon a more creative look and feel to it.

I was given pretzels, a drink and some chocolate on a tray, shortly after I sat down. I must say it was a morning appointment and I had rushed out of the house, so to be given pretzels as a morning snack was a great addition. It’s the little things companies do for their customers, which can make all the difference.

My hair stylist was lovely, again I received a nice and friendly welcome from her. We talked through my hair desires, which was pretty simple, it was just a nice trim to get rid of those pesky split ends. I was a little worried about the amount she would chop off, as most hairdressers get a little excited with the scissors and can chop off far to much. However my hairdresser did a great job at keeping her word of only trimming the split ends, she also added fresh layers as well which looked good.

I had a conditioning treatment as well and after the cut and blow dry, my hair was left feeling soft and silky. So needless to say I had a great experience at their new salon and no doubt I’ll be coming back.
