Saucy Bitch Hot Sauce Review

As a lover of hot sauce, my excitement when I received two bottles of Saucy Bitch hot sauce can only be compared to a child’s on Christmas Morning. Having previous sampled Saucy Bitch products at an Hot Sauce Extravaganza earlier in the year I knew I was in for something special. The two bottles before me were (I say were as they didn’t last long in my house) the ‘Hot Stuff’ – a sweet chilli infused hot sauce made with the finest jalapeño, birds eye and serrano peppers. And the ‘special edition hot sauce with black coffee’ – a delicious black coffee infused sauce made with fermented Habanero, Jalapeno, Ancho and Romano chillies.
The ‘Hot Stuff’ is a sweet yet spicy condiment that adds zingy kick to your meal. I found it to be especially delightful on pizza and as a spicy alternative to sweet chilli sauce. Fantastic as a dipping sauce for hot wings or spring rolls. A brilliant product for those who like a hot sauce that compliments as oppose to overpowers.
For those with a more advanced threshold to spice I’d definitely recommend the special edition with black coffee. A fiery sauce, made with some of hottest peppers known to man, that I’d advise you use with caution – I prefer to drip and not splash! Similar to the ‘Hot Stuff’ it compliments your meal unlike any other hot sauce I’ve tasted before, and I’ve tasted a lot, leaves you with distinct black coffee after taste. Excellent addition to any meat dish and I found mixed with rice provides a wonderful kick.
Both sauces are gluten free, vegan friendly and local sourced.

Saucybitch is available to buy via the website www.saucybitch.co.uk and wholesale enquiries are to be made via the website in the first instance.   The bottles retail for £5.95 each and come in 150ml bottles.
