Dodo Pub Co., the independent pub group known for its popular neighbourhood hangouts and show stopping pizza, is collaborating with Barefoot Bakery to offer a limited-edition Mother’s Day Box, designed to suit all tastebuds. Choose any homebake pizza and a raspberry and rose blondie for £10 and order as many as you like for all the family.
The Mother’s Day Box will include an almost cooked homebake pizza (to be finished off at home for a restaurant quality meal) made using the classic Neapolitan recipe from only the best ingredients, because our mother’s deserve the best. To make sure mums are sitting back and relaxing on their special day, the Dodo Pub Co. team have done all the work preparing lunch or dinner. The pizza dough is handmade in advance, risen for 48 hours and then blasted in their 400c wood-fired oven to ‘almost cook’ the base before rapidly cooling (to avoid the twice cooked taste). Once cool the bases are then topped with a variety of top-quality ingredients and vacuum sealed for freshness. All that’s left for father’s and children to do on the day is pop them in the oven for 6-8 minutes then, tuck in. Simple, a Dodo Pub Co. pizza served at all their restaurants, at home. 
For dessert mums will then be able to tuck in to a selection of decadent raspberry and rose blondies from top bakers Barefoot Bakery. A delicious way to finish a restaurant quality meal, at home.
