About the Workshops:
Louis Loizou: 2D into 3D Pattern Making
‘How Can a Box Become A Garment?
This is a fun approach to creative pattern making; a 2D into 3D workshop for learners with no experience of pattern making. Using boxes and working in pairs, students will learn that there are no right or wrong outcomes and to focus on creating 3D shape and form – a technique that many of the great designers have used.
Joshua Beaty: Fashion Life Illustration
Joshua encourages a spontaneous, experimental and no rules approach to drawing. Under his guidance, students break down their inhibitions and their creative juices flow to produce colourful and expressive creative responses to their subject.
