The Monster Review

Do you fondly remember such 90s icons as Funhouse or Gladiators? Do you get jealous that toddlers get to have all the fun at soft play? Then get down to Alexandra Palace for The Monster, the world’s biggest, bounciest and bonkeriest inflatable obstacle course.

It’s a full on work out, you’ll have to climb, bounce and slide with an enthusiasm that’ll make Mr Motivator cringe, but this grown up 90s kid had a lot of fun. Its impossible to be blue on a bouncy castle. Afterwards there are drinks, street food (Mac n Cheese truck? Yes please!) Drag Queen Karaoke and loads more. It’s an obstacle course inside a 90s Nu Rave.

The Monster was at Alexandra Palace until 28th August. Ticket were £25, discounts available, and get you full day’s admittance to the fun and one go on the course. Once is probably enough, it hits muscles you never knew you had.
