A menu curated by Thomas Straker himself will feature delicious Wild Turkey bourbon cocktails and a fresh take on a traditional Thanksgiving menu. Expect fried turkey, a selection of Kentucky inspired dishes, and cocktails such as a Gold Rush and an Old Fashioned.

Wild Turkey bourbon will be celebrating Thanksgiving 2022 with the launch of The Wild Turkey Diner at viral sensation Thomas Straker’s newly opened restaurant, Straker’s.

The diner will serve a selection of original dishes that offer Straker’s unique take on American classics inspired by the distillery’s homeland of Kentucky – such as fried turkey schnitzel, grilled langoustine with a whiskey bisque and decadent chocolate mousse with a Wild Turkey caramel sauce.

These succulent dishes will be paired with a selection of classic Wild Turkey cocktails. Starting with the granddad of all cocktails, an old fashioned. This iconic American cocktail is known for letting the spirit sing, and no bourbon complements the sweet notes and peppery bitters better than Wild Turkey 101 proof. Second up is another quintessential American cocktail, The Buck. A highball that combines ginger ale, lemon juice and the bold spicy notes of Wild Turkey Rye. Finally, guests can enjoy a Gold Rush, a bourbon version of a sour, originally created by leading cocktail bar, Milk & Honey. Guests who prefer to enjoy their bourbon neat can sip on Longbranch; the brainchild of the brand’s Creative Director, Matthew McConaughey, and Master Distillers Jimmy and Eddie Russell.

Guests can expect to celebrate this classic American holiday in true Kentucky fashion – with country tunes, delicious food and of course, drinks from Wild Turkey. All in the name of Thanksgiving – a celebration of the harvest and other blessings of the past year.
