Highlights on the menu include: Smoked Pork Belly Benedict with maple glazed bacon, shishito peppers, poached eggs and hollandaise on a toasted English muffin; Cinnamon French Toast with brioche, berries, cream cheese icing and maple syrup; Lobster & Eggs Benedict with baby spinach and caviar hollandaise on a toasted english muffin and Hot Chicken & Waffle with buttermilk waffles, fried hot chicken thigh, pickles, coleslaw and maple BBQ sauce.
