
Vol 3: Brumbridge tries to make his gym better!
Dennis Brumbridge expects the best and he has recently discovered Twitter. Each week we publish Dennis’ demands to real companies and their genuine responses.
This one is a quick one about my gym (quick… like me on a treadmill HAHAHAHAHAHA)
Bizarrely they didn’t respond immediately so I followed up with this.
Then this.
Finally, after three days, they replied.
Wear and tear! I assured them that this was not me.
Again no immediate reply so I added this.
Pretty generous if you ask me (but not if you ask them)
They told me never to return to a Better Gym ever again. Truly bizarre behaviour.
Next week, Dennis reaches out to Virgin Active and he has a few demands.
