WELLNESS WEDNESDAY AT SWEATY BETTY – MARYLEBONE VILLAGE
Sweaty Betty has teamed up with wellness experts from @wearebirdsofparadise to host an evening of wellness and the changes you could implement for a healthier life. The talks will include balance, gut health, hormones, mindfulness and more. The night will be filled with inspiration and glasses of fizz!

LANI ROCILLO’S WISDOM ROUNDHOUSE RESIDENCY AT THE LONDON EDITION
Kicking off on Sunday 23rd February, The London EDITION will be teaming up with Sound Therapist Lani Rocillo once again, to host another year of wellness at the hotel.
At the start of each session, guests will be invited to drink a rich ceremonial brew of Cacao; The plant medicine Cacao is central to the experience and is used to heal the heart and balance emotional wellbeing. During the three-hour session, guests can expect to be surrounded and immersed in the meditative vibrations of gongs, be introduced to the powerfully heart expanding plant Cacao and guided in to a deep state of presence, inner sensitivity and calm, leaving the session in a deeply relaxed state of mind.
Price: £27.54, the three hour-long Wisdom Roundhouse sessions will take place from 14:00 – 17:00 from 23rd February – 24th May, in The London EDITION.

EVERLEAF EVENTS
If you signed up for Dry January and still looking for some alcohol-free fun, look in the direction of non-alcoholic Everleaf drinks! They will be hosting a series of workshops and masterclasses to help beat the dark days of January.
Workshops include: Learning the tips and tricks of fermentation, known for its health benefits (from global expert Dr Johnny Drain) and a terrarium workshop for the green fingered folks. You’ll also get to enjoy a variety of non-alcohol scrumptious cocktails with Everleaf, so no need to fret about breaking dry January.

THE LITTLE YELLOW DOOR
The Flatmates at The Little Yellow Door will be bringing plants to the party with Three Spirit, creating a specialty low-no ABV cocktail menu and hosting a plant potion masterclass with Three Spirit’s range of non-alcoholic social spirits.
There will be a plant potion masterclass at The Flatmates Sipperclub with a botanical twist, on Wednesday 22nd January. Offering everyone the opportunity to learn about the power of plants, and the herbs and botanicals, and their naturally blissful qualities that make Three Spirit’s drinks. Guests will also have the chance to mix their own non-alcoholic twists on cocktail classics, who said January had to be boring.

CLIF HOSTS A FREE WORKOUT PARTY WITH DJ LAURA WHITMORE
CLIF, the makers of plant-based CLIF BAR energy bars, have teamed up with DJ and Fitness Enthusiast Laura Whitmore to provide a FREE workout party aimed at helping people start a fitness routine in January. Fitness instructor Christina Shand will lead the 30-minute classes with a specially designed spin routine to boost positivity and energy levels. Kicking off on Thursday 16th January, Sessions start from 17.30.
You can book a 30-minute spin session to a live music set from Laura, and then sip away with the refreshing mocktails on offer, inspired by CLIF BAR flavours in the bar area next door.
