ZELA introduces a new bottomless brunch

It has to be said, we love a bottomless brunch, it’s pretty much the ultimate indulgence. Following our recent trip to the ME hotel’s exotically themed Zela restaurant for Enter.Sake with Richie Hawtin night, we were excited to hear that they were introducing a bottomless brunch.

Having launched on June 23rd, the Sunday offering echoes the usual unique tastes of the restaurant which run through both their food and cocktail options; Japanese techniques and flavours applied to Mediterranean ingredients. For £59 a person, guests will find themselves treated to an extravagant drinks selection which promises more than just bubbles, there is also sweet Bellini’s for the table and a Bloody Mary Bar where guests can help themselves and create their perfect serve.

And for the food offer? Starters will be enjoyed by the whole table, family style and include their signature Salty edamame with Spanish salmorejo, sweet miso aubergine, Stone Bass ceviche, Hamachi tiradito and their classic Sushi omakase selection. Guests will then be given the choice from mains of; charcoaled salmon with crispy skin, tender Wagyu teriyaki 48h, tasty chicken satay skewers with onigiris (Japanese rice balls) or a zesty, fresh Thai papaya salad- for those wanting something a little lighter.

Rounding off the brunch with a sweet treat, dessert comes in a sharing selection of mousse and ice cream in flavours of strawberry, mango or Dulce de leche.

In true Zela style, this will all run alongside the Balearic beats of guests DJ’s, who will take them all the way from the start of their meal right until the evening
