Ink Gin is made up of 13 different botanicals from eight countries across five continents, including Tasmanian Pepper Berry, Guatemalan Cardamom and Egyptian coriander. Though it is the Butterfly Pea flower from Thailand, which is responsible for the gin’s remarkable distinctive colour changing properties.
