AMERICAN EXPRESS RETURNS AS OFFICIAL PARTNER AT LUNO PRESENTS ALL POINTS EAST; HELPING MUSIC FANS GET THE BEST OUT OF FESTIVALS AGAIN THIS SUMMER 

American Express will return as Official Partner at Luno presents All Points East festival, to offer a range of on-site benefits for both Cardmembers and festival goers attending the event. Back for its fifth edition, Luno presents All Points East takes place this August in London’s Victoria Park with another stellar line-up featuring Stormzy, The Strokes, Jungle, Erykah Badu, Dermot Kennedy, HAIM, APE Presents Field Day and their free community-led midweek programme, In the Neighbourhood.The quintessential East London festival is one of several American Express global music sponsorships taking place this year. 

 

American Express has been delivering unforgettable experiences at music festivals across the globe for nearly a decade, and this year is celebrating that what’s old is new again at festivals across the US and UK.  

 

The Amex Experience 

 

The Amex Experience is an onsite activation that will blend the old and the contemporary, offering “newstalgia” experiences for festival-goers such as a Y2K inspired Photo Lab, a retro games arcade and a Club Soda bar. 

 

On the ground floor, open to all festival goers, there will be: 

 

·         The Photo Lab: An epic photo experience where festival goers can capture themselves against Y2K-themed backdrops each with an 90s/00s inspired aesthetic, with the option to print their picture to take home as a souvenir. 

·         Club Soda Bar: Fans get access to an exclusive bar, serving iconic noughties classics; slushies and refreshments. 

·         Customised Store: Festival goers can get the ultimate noughties look with bucket hats available to purchase and personalise on site. 

 

On the Mezzanine level, there will be: 

 

·         Candy Clouds: In true Y2K fashion, fans can get their hands on one of four delicious flavours of cotton candy floss. 

·         Arcade City: A favourite noughties past-time where festival goers can play on the claw machine to win an array of incredible prizes, including VIP ticket upgrades, and backstage passes for the festival, plus non-alcoholic slushies. 

·         The Glitter Station: Fans can get the festival look; with 4 bespoke glitter styles available to choose from at The Glitter Station. 

 

The Amex Experience is located in the middle of the festival site, next to the CUPRA North Arena.
