A different view of London

We can almost feel the beginning of summer approaching, and we’re always looking for new ways to fall in love with the City all over again. The MBNA Thames Clippers promises a completely different perspective to see London’s top attractions. By river, on a river bus!

Passengers can take in the iconic London skyline whilst stopping at 22 different piers, from Putney to Blackfriars, and even the most recently opened Battersea Power Station pier.

It costs just £16.30 for adults and £8.15 for children, with a family ticket (two adults and up to three children) costing £32.60.

Services run every 20 minutes between key piers including North Greenwich for The O2, Greenwich, Canary Wharf, Tower, London Bridge, Westminster and the London Eye for Waterloo.

Surprisingly, it’s been running for 19 years, and you can even use your contactless payment or Oyster card to jump on, making it super easy. Definitely one to add to the list for a sunny Saturday of exploring our favourite city…
