Drink organic with Maison Lanson

For those not wanting to take part in ‘dry January’ this year, Lanson Bio Organic Brut is the perfect drink of choice.

Established in 1760, Maison Lanson is one of the oldest Champagne Houses and have been dedicated to protecting the local ecosystem for years. Their Domaine de la Malmaison estate is certified organic with biodynamic practices employed throughout the vineyard.

The rare and exceptional, Le Green Label Organic Champagne was launched in 2017 and is produced using biodynamic cultivation, meaning the champagne is made using organic grapes that are grown exclusively on an estate vineyard at Verneuil, in the heart of the Marne valley. It expresses the uniqueness of its terroir to the full – the perfect balance between vitality and finesse. The bottles are lightweight and the labels are made from recycled paper.

This is its first ever entirely organic Champagne. Predominantly Pinot Noir, aged on lees for three years, it’s pure and fresh with fine notes of citrus and berry fruits weaving through its complex mousse.Due to its delicious ripe fruit flavours of pear, mirabelle plum, mango and its profound minerality with a long and fresh finish – this is the ideal champagne for sipping and enjoying at any occasion.

Available from Majestic RRP £47.99.
