EXPERIENCE A NIGHT OF DELICIOUS ITALIAN DINING AT CROSTA & MOLLICA’S FIRST EVER POP-UP RESTAURANT 

Gather friends and family and secure your spot at the table, as modern Italian food brand, Crosta & Mollica, opens an exclusive pop-up restaurant in London from the 14th – 15th October 2022. Live for two nights only, diners can expect a full Italian feast, featuring an unforgettable five-course dining experience to showcase Crosta & Mollica’s extensive range of restaurant-quality Italian food. Taking place just minutes from Aldgate station, tickets will cost £10 per person, with all proceeds going to Crosta & Mollica’s long-standing charity partner, EMERGENCY UK.

The pop-up restaurant menu will encapsulate Italy’s convivial spirit, with the finest ingredients and recipes that Crosta & Mollica has spent the past 13 years travelling far and wide across the Italian countryside for. Diners will be able to enjoy a traditional Italian menu structure of Aperitivi, Antipasti, Primi, Secondi, Dolci and Caffè starting with a delicious range of Aperitivo snacks, accompanied by La Gioiosa Prosecco, followed by a spread of Antipasti, from cured meats and cheeses to whipped ricotta bruschetta.

To follow, the Primo course will showcase Crosta & Mollica’s new range of pasta and pasta sauces including Tagliatelle Alla Puttanesca (olive, caper and tomato sauce) and Rigatoni Alla Norma (aubergine, ricotta salata and tomato sauce). The Secondo course will feature a variety of Crosta & Mollica’s popular sourdough pizzas, from the Capricciosa, with prosciutto ham, artichokes and Taggiasca olives, to the Bosco, with mushrooms, truffle, and garlic cream sauce.

To finish, guests will be invited to indulge in Crosta & Mollica’s sought-after sensation, Tartufi, a heavenly frozen Italian dessert directly translated to ‘truffles’. Made using two irresistible gelato flavours encased in a light outer crumb, the delicate yet deeply rich ice cream truffles include flavours Caffè Latte, Chocolate & Hazelnut, and Pistachio & Almond.

The meal will be paired with a selection of Italian red and white wines, with non-alcoholic aperitif options available.

On departure, guests will be given an exclusive Crosta & Mollica goodie bag worth more than £35 to take home, including some of the brand’s exclusive Christmas products – who said October was too soon to start spreading a little Christmas cheer?
