Wellverse Launches Infrared Mat Pilates & Yoga at Flow LDN
London wellness collective Wellverse has unveiled its latest class concept at Flow LDN Tottenham Street (W1): Infrared Mat Pilates & Yoga – a restorative workout designed to combine mindful movement with the therapeutic benefits of infrared heat.
Created by the founders behind FRAME, FLOW LDN and ROWBOTS, the new class format blends low-impact Pilates and yoga with gentle infrared warmth to support recovery, mobility and nervous system regulation. The concept taps into the growing demand for longevity-focused fitness experiences that prioritise restoration alongside performance.
Unlike traditional heated workouts, infrared heat works by warming the body from the inside out, helping participants deepen muscle connection, release tension and improve circulation while supporting detoxification and post-workout recovery.
One of the standout offerings is Infrared Slow Flow, a calming 50-minute class that stays close to the mat, pairing mindful movement with soothing infrared heat. Designed to improve mobility and leave guests feeling grounded and replenished, the class aims to create a more restorative fitness experience without compromising on effectiveness.
The launch forms part of Wellverse’s wider vision to create a more fluid and flexible approach to fitness. Officially launching in April 2026, the new wellness platform brings together FRAME, FLOW and ROWBOTS under one seamless membership, giving members access to more than 50 class types across seven London locations.
From reformer Pilates and yoga to strength training and high-intensity workouts, Wellverse allows members to move between studios and training styles depending on their mood, goals or recovery needs.
Memberships range from £120–£225 per month, with a two-week launch pass also available.
