HALLOWEEN SPOOKTACULAR AT BIRCH
Saturday (29th October)
Halloween falls on Monday this year, but Birch be starting early with a Saturday filled with zombies, treats and fun for all.
They kick off on Saturday at midday with DJs on the back lawn, face painting to transform your look for fright night and they have a special menu lined up which includes food from an American Smoker, serving up a delicious smoked BBQ menu, sweet toffee apples, as and a pop-up bar.
They’ll be plenty to keep you entertained with Pumpkin carving workshops, Halloween-themed cocktail making in the Tipi and a full day of fun, laughter and frights.
HALLOWEEN TRAIL – 2pm-5pm Make your way around the spooky woodlands and see what tricks or treats you can find. A trail of chills, thrills, mischief, and magic. Aimed at kids, but ideal for adults, there’ll be hidden secrets to find and ghostly stories to follow. It’s free to join if you’re staying at Birch and there’s no need to book ahead, just sign up on the day.
Please note: The Halloween Hunt will go ahead come rain, hail, snow or sun. Bring wellies if wet.
DJs BACK LAWN – Midday till late. Music will be playing all afternoon from the outdoor DJ Cube, and long into the night from The Hub.
SWEET TRICKS AND TREATS – Midday – 9pm – Back Terrace. Scarily delicious, monstrously moreish and much, much more besides: whatever you choose from Birch’s sweet treats, it will be love at first bite.
INTUNE HALLOWEEN COCKTAILS – Midday till late – Cocktails made by INTUNE and a masterclass in making workshop all served from a steaming cauldron!
FACE PAINTING – 12.30-5.30pm –Transform your look for fright night.
PUMPING CARVING WORKSHOP – 12:30pm-2:30pm Time to pimp those pumpkins and decorate your Halloween.
KIDS SPOOKY DISCO – Graveyard Get-down. 7:30pm-11pm Join us for a Fang- tastic fright night of ghoulish games, D.I.Y cauldron chemical reactions, ghastly giveaways, a terrifying treasure hunt, creepy crafts, spooky snacks and a devilish disco. Join us if you dare!
COCKNEYS VS ZOMBIES PARTY Djs & dancing in the Hub. 9pm – 2am Music will be playing long into the night in The Hub with our Cockneys vs Zombies party. Fancy dress is advised, encouraged, and rewarded. If you’ve got it, haunt it.
DJ LINE UP – From daytime vibes to late night dancing, we’re thrilled to welcome Daisy, Heavenly Jukebox and the brilliant Pete Herbert (Atlas / Reverso 68) who join us in the Hub till late!
