Holiday Inn London Mayfair Review

On the 26th of April 2018, we visited No.3 Berkeley Street for the relaunch of their newly refurnished bar (https://onin.london/no-3-berkeley-street-review). That evening I was also fortunate to be able spend the night in one of Holiday Inn’s new refurnished rooms.

Upon entering the main foyer, I was struck by the opulence of the hotel. I usually stay in Holiday Inns and have stayed in them throughout the world, but this was the first time I walked in just thinking WOW.

After the staff cheerfully checked me in, I was given the instructions on how to get to my fifth floor room. Entering the door, I couldn’t get over the size of the room. It really was huge and as this was one of the newly done up rooms, it showed Holiday Inn had spared no expense. A selling point for me was how bright the room’s lights were! It was so easy to fix up my makeup before making my way downstairs for an evening of drinks and canapes.

After a few G&Ts downstairs, I made my way back up stairs and took full advantage of the bath facilities. It was certainly a luxury before crawling into bed.The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and I loved that the hotel room was soundproofed. It meant a great nights sleep!

I enjoyed taking my time getting ready the next morning, before heading downstairs to check out the buffet breakfast. My Oh My, from the fresh fruit and cereal to the full English, No. 3 Berkeley Street has you covered. Everything was plentiful and staff were extremely happy to help guests with their breakfast needs.

I thoroughly enjoyed my mini escape in London and recommend choosing this hotel whether you need it for business or pleasure. Holiday Inn will look after you, even going as far as offering guests umbrellas when the England weather threatens to ruin your plans. Rooms start at £231.85, but they have some exciting offers online so visit the website now and start booking your next stay-cation or getaway.
