Imagination Cocktails at St James Bar

Are you bored of the standard night out in London with the same boring cocktails that lack excitement and imagination? Well St James Bar has something out of this world in store for you. From impressionism, relativism and symbolism, to fantasy dragons, Iron Man comics and Elton John lyrics, St Jame’s Bar has reinvented the wheel on cocktails with a menu inspired and rooted in the imagination and how we use our brains.

What is amazing is the menu is shaped like serotonin, the hormone that makes us happy in our brain. With each cocktail designed to take the drinker or ‘eater’ on a new experience. Yes I said eater! On the menu is a unique edible cocktail, that you pop inside your mouth and slightly burst to reveal a delicate whisky mix.

Drinkers have a choice of lighter cocktails on one side with stronger darker based cocktails on the other. I highly recommend trying their twist on the Pina Colada.

Van Gogh- Tanqueray 10 gin, yuzu butter, Italicus, unicorn cordial, white port, effervescence, husk ash – 17
What Could Be – Beluga Noble vodka, mezcal, crème de cacao blanc, cacao husk, citrus, pistachio, almond milk – 17
Dreaming Mexico – Casamigos Blanco Tequila, agave & aloe syrup, pear cordial, fortified wine, yuzu, Peychaud’s bitters – 20
Sweet Child – Michter’s US*1 Rye, donut cordial, crème de peach, tobacco liqueur, candy floss – 22
