Live Well Kicks off on February 28th 2020

The Live Well, wellbeing festival is back this February and they have some absolute showstoppers! Three days of motivational talks, workout classes, meditation, yoga, cookery classes and so much more. 

Those who want to take it nice and easy, head over to The Retreat. A serene and relaxing space hosting classes on meditation, mindfulness and breathing techniques. Guests will have the chance to experience a gong bath, learn how to breath with purpose and meditate to calm the mind. 

For those looking to work up a sweat you will be excited to know there will be 100+ classes across four boutique studios including: FLYKICK (HIIT), Define London (Barre), The Foundry (Group Fitness) and The Refinery. 

Talks taking place at The Knowledge Hub, include: an intimate conversation with Jonny Wilkinson CBE exploring his health and wellness journey and Red January presents: How Physical Activity can Help Beat the Blues with Dame Kelly Holmes. 

Foodies and budding chefs will love the Live Kitchen area which will inspire and get your creative juices flowing! With live demos led by the UK’s favourite foodie celebrities and qualified nutritionists including Liz Earle MBE, Max La Manna, Dale Pinnock The Medicinal Chef and Laura Willoughby.
