Magi Hemp Underwear Review
I was recently sent a sample of Magi (pronounced may-jai) – a new underwear brand that’s kind to the planet, and you. Magi was founded by Azerbaijani-Belgian entrepreneur Nergiz Da Baere, who is also behind the successful @clicksforclimate account on Instagram and was created to offer a sustainable, stylish alternative to cotton underwear.
Magi underwear founder Nergiz states “The story of Magi all began with a yeast infection. My gynecologist recommended cotton underwear, but I knew cotton was very water thirsty and needed lots of pesticides to grow.” She goes on to state “Through @chicksforclimate through I started to learn about some of the huge issues in the fashion industry. Inspired from the clean beauty movement, I began to realise that surely the intimates we wear all day long should be natural and clean, too? I launched Magi because I believe women and the planet deserve better”
With this in mind, I was excited to try the range of bikini briefs and bralettes to see how they feel. To be completely honest they were extremely comfortable, very soft and after one of the hottest days we’ve had in awhile, they stood up to the hype.
