Meat Free Monday – Cornish Gouda Cheese Toasties

After a brillo summer of living off Cornish Gouda on my holz I thought it was only fair to share this awesome easy recipe with the ONIN team!

Serves 4

– 4 Handful of Cornish Gouda
– 8 slices of toast
– A good lathering of Sisileys Crellow Chutney
– smother in mature or Italian herbs Cornish Gouda

1) grab some of Vicky’s bread
2) slap on some Sisleys Crellow Cornish chutney
3) smother in mature or Italian herbs Cornish Gouda
4) Toast and enjoy piping hot!
