NEW FESTIVAL “WELLNERGY” IS LAUNCHING IN LONDON AND IS ALL YOU’RE DREAMING OF

Wellnergy (www.wellnergy.co.uk) is an all-new life, soul and mind enriching wellness festival set to debut on 17th June 2023 at Barn Elms in Barnes, South London.

The event combines the five pillars of mindfulness, fitness, food, music and laughter to create a completely unique, fun and enriching experience for the mind, body and soul, suitable for everyone.

With so much to do and see, Wellnergy is the perfect day to enjoy with friends and family: wellness and fitness enthusiasts are able to learn from the world’s most renowned wellness and fitness thought leaders including TV personality and mental health ambassador for the government Dr Alex George, sustainable entrepreneur Grace Beverley, Meditation Coach and Writer Maude Hirst, Personal Trainer and Best Selling Author Alice Liveing, and TV Presenter and Author Dilly Carter, owner of Declutter Dollies and Lifestyle Content Creator of the Year, and Laura Hof, daughter of the “Ice Man”.

Over the course of the day, there are a range of different fitness, dance and yoga classes from Martial Arts to Ballet Yoga to stretching and flexibility classes, multiple experience tents, and some of the tastiest street food vendors, with numerous world cuisines.

Music lovers can enjoy uplifting and energetic music throughout the day from various artists and DJs. The Music Stage is curated by Gardens Of Babylon and brings together the best in melodic techno, house and tech with magical fusion of electronic sounds from Parallelle [hybrid], Patrice Bäumel, Francesca Lombardo and Magit Cacoon.

The idea of Wellnergy was born during 2020 by Co-Founders Nick Steiert and Dotun Omo, who wanted to create a fun event to help individuals heal mentally and physically after COVID, focused on what wellness really means and how it should be encouraged for personal growth and to develop mind, body and soul.

For us, wellness is more than looking after your physical self. We believe it’s built upon five key pillars: Fitness, Mindfulness, Laughter, Nutrition and finally, Music. Each pillar on their own contributes to wellness and positive wellbeing, but combine the five and you create Wellnergy!”

Wellnergy opens at 8.30AM on Saturday 17th June 2023 and closes at 9PM, event attendees can reach Barn Elms Sports Centre in Barnes, London, SW13ODG with a short walk from Barnes Station, there is no car park around.

Tickets are available to buy from the website, and are priced £65 for a standard ticket, £44 for students, £33 for young adults (13-16) and £22 for Juniors (9-12).
