In March Union Street Café, Gordon Ramsay’s urban restaurant specialising in Italian artisan foods will convert from an industrial basement bar to an authentic Olive Grove, guests will be greeted with a beautiful Mediterranean setting, where you will be able to dine under a canopy of olive trees and vines.
Union Street Café, have partnered up with Martini, to create a new bar menu, which includes different types of olive oil within each Martini cocktail. The incredible looking bar food menu plays homage to the olive, each dish perfectly paired to an olive oil cocktail. Dishes include;
– ‘Bufala’ – Buffalo mozzarella mousse with pane fritto and dried olives
– ‘Crudo’ – Sea bream tartar with Cerignola olives, lemon and wild fennel
– ‘Sorbetto’ – Olive oil, lemon and sage sorbet with dried capers
The Olive Grove will be open in the evenings, from Monday – Saturday.
