Reiki and Crystal Healing Review

Over the last 6 months, my energy levels have been a lot lower than I would like, which could be due to a number of reasons, diet, lack of exercise and working all hours of the day and night. If only I could remove any blockages, perhaps I could have the strength to exercise more and improve on my diet. This lead me to Reeya, a reiki and crystal healer. On her website she states helping clients ‘breakthrough emotional, mental and physical conditions targeting chakras, removing blockages and helping re-balance and re-energise.

The practice is in Mayfair, which is easy to get to, just a short walk from Green Park station. I got a warm welcoming from Reeya when I arrived and was shown to the treatment room, which was bright and airy, with beautiful crystals dotted around the room. We sat down and Reeya went on to explain what she offered. Now I have never been to a reiki healer so I didn’t really know what to expect. Reeya spoke of herself as a medium and offered this as an extra service if I so desired. Well I did so desire and for about thirty minutes, I listened, felt incredibly emotional yet felt a sense of familiarity and calming in the room. I felt like Reeya really listened and cared about how I was feeling at the time, sharing information, I would normally keep private.

I then laid on the therapy bed while Reeya scanned my body for blockages, she then placed crystals on my 7 chakras. Using her hands to feel my energy from the blocked chakras, pulling out any imbalances she finds. I felt relaxed on the bed, and at one point i could feel myself drifting off. It did of course feel a little emotional as a well, which I think was due to the start of my session.

I could have laid there for longer, receiving good energy, but alas my time was up. I did feel a little drained but Reeya assured me it was normal and it would take more than one session to release all the blocked energy.

I had a good session with Reeya, and I felt safe being in her presence, she is caring and I felt she tailored the session to my mind and body’s needs. I certainly felt like my body needed more healing, so the day after I visited three crystal shops in Coven Garden and got myself some crystals to keep nearby, to help in healing and attracting good energy.
