Travel Around The World With Quaglino’s New Seasonal Mixology Cocktail Menu

Quaglino’s, the historic and stylish restaurant located in St James’s, has launched its brand new Seasonal Mixology cocktail menu. The limited edition cocktail list has been inspired by the four corners of the globe; East Asia, South America, Northern Europe and the Mediterranean. There are also four ‘Quaglino’s Specials’ cocktails designed to represent the best their bar has to offer. From the beautifully sketched menu to the wonderful creations, this menu is sure to impress.


The perfectly mixed menu includes four cocktails for each region, such as:
● Elixir Of Life for Asia; Floral, Fresh and Elegant this is a blend of Nikka Vodka, Akashi Tai Plum Sake, Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth, Cherry Syrup and Jasmine & Lychee
Kombucha.
● Oaxaca Valley for Latin America & Caribbean; Tropical, fizzy and aromatic this is a refreshing mix made of Corte Vetusto Mezcal, Del Professore Classico vermouth, Kummel liqueur, homemade Pineapple and Papaya Shrub, Lime Juice and Perrier Sparkling Water.
● Fig Royale for North-Western Europe; Sparkling, mellow and slightly sweet, this is a sophisticated combination of Remy Martin 1738 Acord Royal Cognac, Crème De Fig, Plum & Fig Cordial and Champagne.
● Pink Rose for the Mediterranean; Refreshing, effervescent and rich in flavour, this is perfect for sunny days with Amaro Santoni aperitif, Mirabeau dry rose gin, Italicus bergamot liqueur, Stones ginger wine, lime juice and watermelon.

Quaglino’s have also mixed four concoctions to create the ‘Quaglino’s Specials’, showing the best their bar team has to offer:
● Via Lactea is clarified, silky and sweet with Havana Club Selection de Maestros Rum, Goslings Black Seal Rum, Sweet Vermouth, Vanilla & Cinnamon, Lemon, Milk, Angostura – Orange – Chocolate Bitters.
● The Vesper is strong, dry and slightly bitter with Cambridge Japanese Gin, Nikka Vodka, Lillet Blanc Aromatized Wine, Lemon.
● Blue Roy is barrel aged, aromatic and fragrant with Johnnie Walker Blue Label, Cocchi Americano Bianco Aromatized Wine, Galliano L’ Autentico Liqueur and Pernod Star Anise.
● La Primavera is sharp and citrusy with the perfect blend of sweet & sour with Don Julio 1942 Tequila, Grand Marnier Orange Liqueur, Clarified Lime Juice, Pink Salt.


An Institution, Quaglino’s first opened in 1929 and remains a prominent restaurant in the West End today. The food menu features contemporary European cuisine, vibrant dishes and seasonal ingredients all guaranteed to fill empty stomachs following pre-dinner cocktails. Delicious bar snacks include the succulent Chicken Karaage served with sriracha mayo and the tender seared Beef Tataki with ponzu dressing.

Guests can visit Quaglino’s for a line-up of jazz, blues, soul, and more, as their incredible artists soundtrack a sumptuous dining and mixology experience.
